Here at Sandstone Heights, we are a family-oriented nursing facility with 36 skilled beds and six assisted living rooms. Located in Little River, KS, you will get the small town feel with close access to the big city, and get to know the residents personally where it feels like they’re family.

5. Click the director’s email link below. Your device will open your default email app and start a new message with the address already filled in.
6. Attach your completed application file to the email (look for the paperclip icon or an “Attach file” option), then send your email.
Important:
• You must open the PDF in a compatible app that allows editing and saving changes.
• You are responsible for saving your completed application before submitting it.
• The application must be attached to your email before sending.
• Applications sent without the completed attachment cannot be received or processed.
